We utilize molecular NANO technology and the latest carrier technology called MLC for delivery of cosmetic components. This technology is vital for proper absorption and delivery of components of the products.
The Philosophy of SDJ Laboratories is the effects of skincare delivery or active components delivery. It emphasizes on the 3 proper :
1) Timing 2) Concentration and 3) destination of the skin products.
For this to be achieved, we use the latest carrier technology called Multiple-layer Capsulations (MLC). It transforms effective components into micro-particles, which are then capsulated in onion like structures. (Between 20-1000 nm).
The structure of MLC is multi-layer and the components are released layer by layer to its designated destinations and it is easily absorbed because of its size and the structure of MLC. Figures 1 and 2 below show the structure of MLC.
 
MLC enables proper absorption and slow release of the different components. Its structure is remarkably stable and the products are very light and non-greasy
Following the MLC process, various effective components are released outward layer by layer and can be easily absorbed by the skin. The absorbed components then act according to the ways in which they are designed. This explains why it is effective in delivery of components to its proper designations along with slow release of components layer by layer (see figures 3 and 4 below for clarity). Another advantage of the MLC is excellent stability and skin friendliness. You can feel that the products themselves are very light and non-greasy on the skin

As you can see in the figures above, the MLC is designed to mimic the structure of intercellular lipid. Therefore cosmetic ingredients penetrate deep into the skin by MLC carrier technology and components are released layer by layer to its proper designations
